Melody Beattie has written a book with the same title, and while I have not yet had a chance to read the book, this deck is wonderfully accessible right out of the box. Colorful, contemporary art images that are striking in how accurately they convey targeted messages the intuitive soul understands. Next, she adds affirming thoughts and guidance to help develop a personal commitment to understand and make a positive shift toward greater self-empowerment. If you are interested in using affirmations, this is an excellent deck.
